Psychological Safety in the Project Business

A project team is a great example of how the total is greater than the sum of the parts and it’s the cornerstone of any Project Business.

In this session, our keynote and guest speaker Domenico Dargenio (Dom) will facilitate an open dialogue exploring:

• Why are some teams more effective and successful? What does the research tells us about this?
• What is Psychological Safety? Why should anyone care about it?
• What are some concrete actions we could take to elevate the performance of our team?

Dom is a consultant, coach and trainer at Dardo Consulting. He is passionate about elevating business performance with a human centric approach. He also works as Senior Advisor at Aalto University Executive Education, with focus on the human, leadership and organisational side of Digital Transformation. He has enjoyed 20 years in the corporate world with a very diverse career journey: from project management to strategy, Lean and Opeational Excellence, Digital Transformation and Culture. His latest roles have been Chief Transformation Officer for Wärtsilä and CEO for Melkki.
